Dear Governor Schwarzenegger,

    by now, the manifesto entitled California Air Quality—Californians Can Choose, dated Fourth July 2007, should be circulating at the State Capitol.

We wish to express our support for the recommendations of this manifesto, namely, that environmentally destructive practices, hazards to public health, and losses to California's economy, can be reduced or eliminated by making Leaf Blowers illegal in California.

We respectfully request that a California-wide referendum be conducted to determine Californian's preferences or otherwise for continued pollution and noise.
